Currently, Really Cool Airlines holds an Air Operating License (AOL) from the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT). It is awaiting consideration for an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to commence flight operations within 2024
เรียลลี่คูลแอร์ไลนส์ คือ สายการบินระหว่างประเทศที่ให้บริการเต็มรูปแบบ โดยมีความโดดเด่นด้านการนำนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการบริการ เพื่อสร้างความน่าสนใจและเปิดตำแหน่งทางการตลาดในรูปแบบใหม่ ภายใต้การบริหารของบริษัท อาร์ ซี เอ โกลบอล จำกัด ที่ได้จดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัทไปเมื่อวันที่ 2 มี.ค. 2566 ทุนจดทะเบียน 200 ล้านบาท โดยมีบริษัท เรียลลีคูลโฮลดิ้ง ถือหุ้น 100% บริษัทมีกรรมการ 3 ท่าน คือ นายพาที สารสิน นายธนัช ปวรวิปุลยากร และ นายมาส ตันหยงมาศ
ปัจจุบันสายการบิน เรียลลี คูล แอร์ไลนส์ ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการบินพลเรือน (Air Operating Licence) หรือ AOL จากสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (CAAT) หรือ กพท.แล้ว ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างรอการพิจารณาการออกใบรับรองผู้ดำเนินการเดินอากาศ (Air Operator Certificate) หรือ AOC เพื่อเริ่มปฏิบัติการบินได้ภายในปี 2567
